We respect your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it, in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, mobile number and shipping address.
• Account details if you register: name and email. Passwords are stored hashed (Argon2id) and cannot be read, even by us.
• Necessary technical data: IP address and browser type, to protect the site from abuse.

Payments

Online payments happen on Kashier's secure page. Card details go directly to Kashier; we never see or store them.

How we use your data

• To fulfil and deliver your order and contact you about it.
• To send order and password-reset emails.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed.

We never sell your data. We share it only with the courier (name, address, phone) and the service providers that run this site, as far as needed to fulfil your order.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for your sign-in session, your bag and your language choice.

Advertising pixels and measurement

We use measurement tools from advertising platforms (such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat and Pinterest) to understand how our ads perform. They record events like page views, adding to bag and completed purchases, and may set their own cookies in your browser. When we report a purchase to a platform from our server, your email and phone are sent one-way hashed (SHA-256), never in plain text, together with the order value and product ids. We don't sell your data. You can block these cookies in your browser or in each platform's ad settings; contact us with any question.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it. Update your details and addresses from your profile page, or contact us on Instagram.
