By using the Trust website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include taxes. We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary. Your order is charged at the price shown when you confirm it.

Orders and stock

An order is confirmed once the items are reserved from stock. If an item sells out before that, we can't fulfil it and will let you know. Online orders not paid within the payment window are cancelled automatically.

Payment

Pay cash on delivery or online via Kashier. You can cancel your order from its page while it is not yet confirmed.

Shipping and exchanges

Shipping fees and times depend on the governorate and are listed in Shipping. See Exchanges & returns for our exchange policy.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or against these terms.

Coupons

Each coupon has its own conditions (dates, minimum order, number of uses). Coupons can't be exchanged for cash or combined in one order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
